Refund Policy

Ace Overlay is a product of ACE Systems LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("ACE Systems", "we", "us"). Try before you buy: the free version of Ace Overlay is fully usable with no time limit, so you can make sure the app works well on your system before purchasing.

14-day refunds

If Ace Overlay Pro isn't working out, email ACE Systems LLC within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no hoops. Include the email address you purchased with or your license key.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically arriving within 5–10 business days.
• Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued; the app returns to the free version.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds requested after 14 days, or in cases of fraud or abuse (e.g. repeat purchase-and-refund cycles). If something is broken, tell us either way — we'd rather fix the bug than keep the money.
